  I was really looking forward to going to this dermatologist as the reviews were very good online. Unfortunately, my experience was not favorable. I scheduled an appointment over the phone several weeks prior to my set appointment. The call took place right before lunch around 11:30 and the receptionist seemed very distracted. She was talking to someone else most of the time while on the phone with me and kept calling me "girl". Very unprofessional. I showed up today really looking forward to my appointment only to find out the appointment was never actually made. They created a chart for me but never secured the appointment date/time.
  
  I can't speak on the doctors there as I never made it that far in the appointment process. However, the experience with the appointment clerk was so unfavorable that I decided to go ahead and book with another dermatologist.
